ShirleyGurley asked:

I shop at Whole Foods and I may just be missing it or not looking hard enough, but I can’t find fat free soy cheese. Or fat free soy yogurt. All I can find is fat free soy milk. Does anyone know where i can find fat free soy cheese? I know it exists. Does anyone know what brands have it? And does fat free soy sogurt exist?

What is the point of fat free soy cheese……..you’d be better off eating air, at least the oxygen might clear your head enough to understand this is not food, it is junk! About 10 years from now when your bones have turned to dust you might think about the opportunities you had to feed your body with real whole nutritious foods but chose instead to eat made up foods with no value whatsoever. Pity the starving in the world, they may be hungry but they are not stupid.

I don’t know why you want all ‘fat free,’ but you don’t need the fat free’s. Soy dairy-replacement products are already about 25% less in fat than regular animal dairy products. Search around at different grocery stores in the organic sections. Every store I’ve been to, sells different versions of soy products. I really like Stoneyfield soy yogurts, and there’s some some of vegan type cheeses, either as slices or shredded, that you can find in various places that are not high in fat, and quite tasty.

I never heard of a place called Whole Foods!
Most places in Canada have what you are looking for. In fact I just finished some So Nice
Yogurt! Another brand is So good. Richdale does both soymilk, ricemilk and dairymilk. Richdale seems to be into everything! I prefer Nutters in Salmon Arm BC Canada
