What fat type of percent milk is the healthiest overall?

There are the four main types of milks I know of, Fat-Free, 1%, 2%, and Whole Milk. I always hear different answers and persepectives on which one is better, but I never really come to a conclusion. Which one is the healthiest overall for weight and nutrition?

The 2% would be best, because even though fat is bad if you have too much obviously, you still need it in your diet.
Also, fat-free doesn’t taste the best, its just watered down and they charge more.

Whole Milk has all the fat. 1% Milk has 99% of the fat and 2% has 98% of the fat. Skim/Fat-free milk has no fat. So unless you are someone who needs to put on weight, Fat-free milk is best.
