Is the fat in coconut milk or avocados as bad as the fat in meat or as good as the fat in Salmon?

Fat information is getting confusing. I know meat fat is the worst except Salmon fat is good. Olive oil is good and palm oil is bad. Cheese fat is bad. I just don’t know how avocado and coconut oil figure into the picture. Are they in the middle? Should I eat these products or avoid them?

Of your list, fat in liquid oils like canola, safflower, and sunflower are healthiest, then avocado, then salmon, then lamb fat, then coconut and palm oil is about worst.

Fat from Salmon has omega fatty acids which help support joint function and more. Meat fat has colesterol which is high density, means not good. Plant fats such as coconut are healthier, except that the way your body responds to it is not so good. It takes a longer time to burn off as fuel in the body so you end up storing the excess. avocado oils actually carries some amount of antioxidants and vitamins that help replenish the skin and other organs and they are not as heavy so they burn quite easily for fuel in the system.

I know for a fact that avocado are good for you. Avocado help lower your cholesterol as long as you eat it appropriate. Coconut oil is also good for you. It does have to do something about the good fat that is given when you use coconut oil which are usually the fats that your body cannot produce. I believe they are both an excellent. I think they are both excellent and if I were you I would enjoy them.
