Well said. America is not the only one with the majority of stores not selling larger clothes, or taller clothes or short people clothes etc.

HAHAHA you fluctuate between 20 - 28 and your trying to blame genetics. Go to weight watchers and actually PAY ATTENTION to what they are saying and more importantly DO WHAT THEY SAY. Its not genetics your lazy and ignorant. Don’t worry you can change that easily…

Gluttony is, indeed, a sin. It is also deeply unethical in a world of starving people. And, yes, I am an American. Weak-minded, excuse-making corpulent people like the ones posting on this video make me wonder what happened to our country. I know the Brits understand, because England has become a land of fatties as well.

Figure out how many calories it takes to support your current weight. Eat less than this number, and you will indeed lose weight.

You are amazing. I fluctuate between a 20 and a 28 and have been struggling with self-esteem issues for most of my life. I watch what I eat, I work out, and nothing changes. It’s genetics. Thank you for posting these videos.

Loved this video. I’m gonna watch it every so often to re-inspire myself. I’ve been feeling bad lately about my weight. I’m the same size as the girl in the video and yet, I look at her and think she looks great! Curvy and **** and pretty, things people tell me, but I can’t see myself that way.

I used to weigh 450 lbs and have all the health problems you would expect. I finally realized that I had to take control of my own life and make good long-term decisions about food. I am now down to 180 lbs. It can be done. Stop pretending like it’s healthy to be fat. You CAN change. Stop being mentally weak. Practice self-control. Seriously, how pathetic are we as people if we cannot say no to a piece of pie.

Bullshit. How long did you maintain this diet/workout regimen?

Quite possibly the best video on YouTube.

It’s hilarious!

breath, relax, eat some butter, think happy thoughts. Imagine a field of fresh cookies. You’ll feel better

she has one occasionally, but has mastered those magic words: “no thank you, I’m full” Perhaps you can stop eating for a moment and ponder the elegant simplicity of the concept.

Hmmmm… many angry comments here. I’d like to point out that if Americans are not obsessed with Fat at the moment, it’s Youth. My boss, a tragically thin woman, is completely obsessed with looking younger (she’s 50). She only manages to look ridiculous, even pathetic. Let’s focus on what we DO, not how we look.

indeed. the problem is I would still wish death on you dipshit, so that sort of nullifies your entire point.
Sorry am I using too many large words? Tough. Die already
