What’s the most effective way to reduce belly fat?

I work at an office environment so I basically sit in the chair all day long. I’ve noticed that I am gaining fat around my belly and my pants are starting to get tight. I am not fat but I’d still like to know some effective ways on keeping belly fat off your body.

Yes, dont snack on sugary foods through out the day. Drink only water. Exercise several times a week, you should be ok.

There are a few things you can do. I am 47 and I am in better shape then some guys who are 1/2 my age. And one of the reasons is I exercise at least 2 times each week. Secondly, if you are drinking beer and soda, you WILL NOT lose that stomach! Try drinking more water when you are thirsty. And lastly, do not eat after a certain point in the evening because you have no way of working it off while your asleep.

lifestyle …….get off the **** a little …your gonna need to exercise once in a while, find something fun and active to do.
DIET eating is most crucial eat like a caveman serious
caveman eating is the way to go use your imagination if a caveman couldnt find it on a daily basis or at least seasonally dont eat it you would be surprised to learn 80 percent of all vegetation is edible probably only about 25% without cooking
if its made in a factory dont eat it

You might think about trying this book called “The Movie Star Diet” by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn’t think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
