What percent of my diet should come from fat?

Recently I’ve been eating A LOT of peanut butter. I’m trying to lose weight and I’ve been doing a lot of running recently for Cross Country training. I’m trying to get a 6 pack and haven’t noticed any changes in a while. So I was wondering if my fat intake is a little too high? What percentage of my intake should come from fat, protein and Carbs? Thanks in advance.

They should call that hell in a jar!!!!!!!!! I was eating peanut butter sandwich’s after I worked out, one day I got the worst heartburn in my life I thought I was having a heart attack. A word of advise lay off the peanut butter for a while!! It is a lot of fat as well but I got my six-pack off lean-body shakes from GNC
