fat per day
Saturated fats and trans fats are not good for you. In fact, trans fat has been removed from many products. Saturated fats are those fats that are solid at room temperature. The healthy fats, and the ones you should eat are called monounsaturated and polyunsaturated, such as olive oil, canola oil, olives, avocados, nuts, etc. You should have up to 65 grams of fat per day in your diet.
