You should search the internet for instructions on how to perform a skin fold test.

I’m trying to lose weight too and it’s sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it’s really working for her. I’m gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at , my aunt got a free trial and paid only 6.95$ shipping and handling.

The most inexpensive, non-intrusive and accurate method for home bodyfat measument is with calipers. I would recommend the Accu-Measure Fitness 3000 calipers. I’ve included a link to their website below which includes a list of places where you can buy the calipers.
They are typically under five dollars. You can buy them on Amazon as well.
Studies have shown that a single measurement with the Accumeasure Calipers, when performed correctly, can be as accurate as multiple skin fold caliper tests.
I would avoid electronic fat measurement scales and tools, since your hydration can impact the results. I’ve tried these myself and found the results to be very inconsistent. The caliper method is by far the most accurate short of getting in the water tank.
Best of luck!
