How should I go about burning a little extra fat?
August 25th, 2009 | by fat |Rafael asked:
I am a generally thin person, but I have an unpleasant amount of fat around my midsection and thigh area. It’s enough that I can’t take my shirt off without being embarrassed and my belly button sags. It’s gross. I have been trying to lose this fat forever. What types of food should I cut out? Should I jog for an hour or do 20 minutes of interval training every day?

i would say forget the running because in seriousness running isnt fun. I would stick to doing some sport you enjoy that involves running. The fact of the matter is you wont be able to run every day because its not that appealing however having fun in a sport keeps your mind off burning fat and concentrates on the game. Playing a sport will also relieve stress which is one factor in weight loss.

Hi there.
From my personal experience, you should do belly belly exercises. It might seems pretty hard at start, but if you motivate your self to do it 10 min every morning every day for about a week then you will see that its getting easier.
As for food, you should eat more “GREEN” fruits etc, pasta instead of potato’s and chicken instead of beef.
As for jogging , it will give you more stamina, but hardly reduce your fat belly.
Hope it helped.
