How many grams of fat should I take in a day when I workout?

I exercise to build muscle. I am a 22 year old man, am 6 feet tall, 250 pounds - strong but need to lose a few pounds around the gut - I do heavy weight workouts 4-5 times a week for about an hour each day. So, I don’t know how many grams of fat and calories I should take in each day. Can you help? If so, thank-you in advance!

no less than 20% of the daily calories should be derived from fats. any less than that and test production will suffer. for males maximum test production is seen with a diet of close to 30% fats. that being the case you want to shoot for 20-30% fats in your diet with the majority of those being unsaturated and with several grams of omega 3 fatty acids daily.
