How do you prevent fat from being stored around your mid-section?

I’m pretty thin and in great shape–I workout and run–but I still have some fat around my midsection.
I’m pretty thin and in great shape–I workout and run–but I still have some fat around my midsection.
How do I get rid of it? The only advice that I read on this matter is that you should avoid salts. Does anyone have any other tips?

all u can do is ab exercises. alot of where u store fat is in ur genetics, so u cant really control them

well i used to wiegh 205 pounds and i am 50 now i weigh 150, situps and crunches and leg lifts really help the mid section
