How do you get fat with a fast metabolism?

I have a fast metabolism and i always eat but never get fat. I need i fast way to slow my metabolism and get fatter.

    y do u want to get fat! but no, i wont ask questions. anyway, just don’t exercise, eat lots of crap and u will be fat eventually but ur leading to an unhealthy life.

    well, its both a good and bad problem to have. High metabolic rate people tend to feel immune to weight factors and load up on all kinds of junk food- then frequently wind up with massive arteriosclerosis under a trim body- so neither thin nor fat is healthy.

    If you’re looking to “fatten up” for some defined reason, you should eat carbohydrate heavier fooods and exercise less. Not the healthiest thing to do, but it will make you larger. If you’re a male and just want to get “bigger” to get noticed, you probably need to hit the weights on a mass-building regimen (3-4x per week)..and take lots of protein. With a lean body frame, the extra mass will just make you look super-athletic.

    Perhaps you don’t want to be fatter…. but to bulk up.

    Try checking with a health food store for bulk-up products.

    Or…. you could change metabolisms with me. I’m game if you are!

    don’t eat as much - u trick ur body into thinking it won’t be getting any food for awhile so it holds on to the fat.

    true - - it happened to me — now i’m trying to speed it up by eating smaller meals more often

    You may have a fast metabolism, but your body is still going to have a finite ability to how much it can burn vs. intake. Go to a health food/supplement shop and get a ‘Weight Gainer’ formula commonly used by ‘hard gainers’ in bodybuilding. Loaded with cals, taken several times in addition to standard meals. But bear in mind that massive, sudden weight gain can have negative implications the same way rapid weight loss can.

    My cousin just went to the doctor with the same problem he told her to eat lots of Peanut Butter, nuts, crackers, cereals, raisins, juice an milk. basically the food with the most caleries per serving. If you intake about 500-1000 more caleries a day than your usual diet you should gain about a pound or two per week. but take it slow!!! you should be getting about 30% of your calories that your eatting from fat. Good Luck!
