I’m a 16 year old girl. I’m reletively skinny, but I eat a lot of carbs so I have love handles and a muffin-top-tummy. Under the bit of chub on my abdomen, I have a nice toned figure. How can I slim up quick and burn that fat without gaining more muscle than I already have?

thats simple. You just need to do some cardio and diet a little. Cut out soda and junk food from your diet. Try to eat more spread out through out the day. For example one meal salad, another meal like a sanwhich. And try to drink around 6 cups of water a day. Also do some form of cardio at least 3 times a week for 30-45 min. this will help get you more toned. good luck!

Low level cardio and calories control. But once your layer of fat has been burned off, the muscle underneath will show. It just would not get “bigger” as in body-builders.

cardio!!!!! like jogging or biking. u might gain some muscle on your legs, but if u want to lose on your stomach do cardio, and crunches.

The current best way (& scientifically studied) is HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training. Basically, its walk & sprint. Just 3 times a week, for about 20-30 minutes.
