How much fat is considered fat? What i mean is like by looking at my stomach or another part of my body can i tell if i am fat? I know my weight is fine but my stomach is fat i think.

Its actually all in the mind.
And the weighing scale. And your personal doctor, can obviously tell you how fat you are on the “how fat you are” scale. And if your stomach is twice the size of your legs and head combined…. i think, it could possibly be called fat. No idea.

I constantly think my stomach is fat, when other people think I’m being stupid. If you think you’re stomach is fat then it could be psychological. Don’t listen to that pinch an inch rule…because it hurts. But actually measure with a tape and check what clothes size you are….even if it’s big it doesn’t mean you have a fat stomach.
Basically….it’s all a matter of opinion!

For men, having over 20% body fat and a waist of 37 inches or more is considered to be overfat and over 25% body fat with a waist of 40 inches or more is considered to be obese.
For women, having over 30% body fat and a waist of 32 inches or more is considered to be overfat and over 35% body fat with a waist of 35 inches or more is considered to be obese.

While it’s not perfect, the BMI is a good indicator. It’s based on height and weight. Not perfect though, as someone who is really muscular or not necessarily that fat could end up with a high BMI. But if you want to have an idea where you should be weight wise, it’s a start.

If you want to loose the stomach you will need to avoid any fried food, plus sweet cakes.. or candies. Your arms and stomach will reduce… drink a lot of water.. that worked with me..
