Any way to trim belly fat without dropping the size of your legs?

Italiancutie3 asked:

I want to trim my stomach, basically make my waist slimmer. I want to keep the same t-shirt and jean sizes though. I just want the fat in my stomach area to dissapear. Can you help me with an excersize that will just allow me to trim my stomach?

Cut out fats from your diet and do some cardiovascular exercise. Run, swim, walk etc. Also do oblique twists instead of straight sit ups and crunches. Twist crunches over a fit ball with a 5kg weight lifted over your head will trim your waist quickly.

do a lot of crunches… and do the crunches to the side to work on the love handles. itll work… eat healthier altogether… if you go down a pants size it wont hurt.

You should do crunches, curl ups, and eat less greasy food.

it depends on how much fat you carry in your legs, if they are lean then they will not be reduced that much as you lose body fat.

it’s physiologically impossible to spot reduce fat stores through diet or exercise. so you can’t spot reduce fat anywhere in the body. all you can do is decrease your body fat % low enough until you see the desired results in your problem area(s). fat storage begins and ends in the mid-section as this is the way human genetics is programmed as it effects mobility the least.
