Does the removal of saturated fat in margarine affect greasing baking pans with margarine?

gard44golf@sbcglobal.net asked:

I used a quick bread recipe I’ve used for thirty years at Christmas. This year my bread was sticking in my greased pans for the first time. The more margarine I used the worse they stuck. Could it be the lack of saturated fat in it? What can I use to grease my pans from now on?

    saturated fat

You can use real butter - it tastes better - or Pam or Baker’s Joy to grease your pans.
