Does a George Foreman grill significantly reduce fat and cholesterol?

I have been amazed at the amount of fat that the grill takes out. Once it solidifies into the white stuff, it makes me sick to think how my body could have processed that stuff. Anyway, with the large amount of fat that drips out, does this significantly reduce the fat and cholesterol content?

Significantly? I think not.
