Do you have a recipe or best method to use low-fat flour tortillas instead of regular pie crust? I’d like to make a sugar-free, low-fat applie pie or apple cobbler.

    Yes, you can use tortillas. Just soften them over heat before putting them in the pan.

    You could try sugar-free graham crackers, held together with sugar-free jam that has been heated in a microwave.

    They make some super-size tortillas that might work ???
    but to buy a pkg @ $3 - 4 .00????
    look for the new Pillsbury Rolled pie shells they are delicious..
    PS:: !!!
    There is more sugar in the apples .
    There is NO sugar in pie dough..
    Flour,, shortening,, salt,, water….
    EDIT later
    I just realized this is a fat issue …silly me ☺
    HA HA you worry at the shortening …☺
